Great food as always

Everything perfect other than can of pop. I ordered diet coke and got normal coke

waited 2 hours and a half for it said it had been delivered and didn’t come

I don't know if it was just busy, or the order wasn't seen originally. Ordered at 19:20, food was due at 19:50. Called at 20:20 just to double check the order was on the way, as it was showing 'delivered' status. Was told it was cooking. Called back 30 minutes later at 20:50 and was told 5 minutes, it was out for delivery. Its a 5/10 minute drive so it was then due at 21:00. Called again at 21:10 as still no sign of delivery, to state I would be cancelling the order if it didn't arrive soon. Food finally arrived at 21:25 just over 2 hours from placing the order. The food definitely was worth the wait although frustrating. We ordered a mixed kebab. Food was nice and hot, definitely fresh. The mixture of meat was great and there was good quantity for the price. The chips were really good, and the pitta breads were also very good. The meal as a whole was delicious, we both enjoyed it as chefs ourselves. Would definitely get another one, but I would've preferred if I had been told they had missed the order from the website and it would be late instead of being told 5 minutes almost an hour prior, I would've came to collect it if it was a driver issue etc. All in all would go back. Really enjoyed the food, but probably would only order for collection in the future
